The self-monitoring cost is $6 per week, this will allow you to remotely control your alarm, review events and receive alarm notifications.

  • Optus + Telstra Dual SIM + Ethernet 120 Second Polling - $18 per week
  • Optus + Telstra Dual SIM + Ethernet 60 Second Polling - $22 per week
  • Optus + Telstra Dual SIM + Ethernet 25 Second Polling - $25 per week

Polling is how often your alarm system checks in to see if everything is okay. If you are on a Single SIM Plan, every 12 hours the alarm will check to see if everything is okay, if you are on a Dual SIM + Ethernet 25 Second Plan, the alarm will check to see if everything is okay every 25 seconds.

Scenario: If your alarm is cut off by intruders and you are on a 12-hour polling plan, you will not know until the 12 hours is up or you have walked in the next day. If you are on a 25 second plan, the alarm monitoring station will be notified within 25 seconds the status of the alarm system.
